Our sitters go through an extensive hiring process including interviews, background checks, field training, and pet care certification.  They are also licensed, bonded and insured. Your pet’s well being is our top priority.

Definitely!  Your first booked service includes a complimentary meet and greet so that you and your pets can get to know your sitter ahead of time.  We’ll learn about your pet’s routine, health needs, and preferences,  so that we can create a customized care plan and ensure a comfortable experience.

Every client has a backup sitter that is thoroughly familiar with the relationship and can provide care if your scheduled sitter is ever unable to service.  

We understand that life happens, and we do not charge a fee for cancellations.

We work to be as flexible as possible and can typically accommodate requests with very little notice.
